Overview: This presentation will unpack Physical Literacy for dance educators, and suggest ways to use its’ strong points to advocate for your dance program.
Focus: As dedicated dance educators, we have had to be strong, focused, organized, and able to think quickly on our feet.  This presentation is designed to be another tool in a dance teacher’s academic toolbox, in order to facilitate the fine balance between preserving the artistic element of teaching dance, and justifying what we do in a language accessible to principals and parents alike.
